Here is a very nice mixed colored jade pendant from Big Sur. This pendant has light colored jade with shades of green and black. Nicely translucent as well. The pendant is beveled on four sides and rounded along the edges. This pendant shows very well. The slide beads for this piece are made from Black Cowell jade from Australia and it is on a waxed black polyester cord. The slide beads are my invention for adjusting the length and to show a more finished look compared to the commonly used slide knots. Pull the beads apart to shorten the length or pull the cord between the beads and pendant bead to lengthen the cord. It is harder to explain than to use.
